Green Power Connection

We offer a complete, seamlessly integrated shore-to- ship power solution for safe and reliable power transfer from the public electric power grid to the ship while in port.

The shore-to-ship power is a modular and highly flexible system that can be adapted to the unique requirements of each project.
Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage

ZEME is leading the way with our Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) initiatives. We are set to undertake significant retrofit projects in different ship types, showcasing not just our technical expertise but also our commitment to sustainable marine solutions.
Shaft Generator Retrofit
This technology is designed to boost the ship's EEXI and CCII rating while simultaneously reducing its overall carbon footprint. It harnesses the rotational energy of the ship's propeller shaft, converting it into electrical power.

This is a smart, eco- friendly solution, reducing the reliance on auxiliary generators and cutting fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Waste Heat Recovery

A Waste Heat Recovery Generator System is a mechanical device that is integrated into a ship’s engine system to convert heat energy into electrical energy.

It is connected to the engine exhaust and jacket water system of a ship and recovers the heat energy of the exhaust and jacket water from engine. The heat will be taken by heat exchange medium, which drives the rotation of the power generator rotor and creating electricity. Due to that the waste heat recovery generator can reduce AE loading, fuel saving, and emission reduction can be achieved.
Bulbous Bow Retrofit

As vessels increasingly operate at economical speeds of around 16 knots to save fuel and lower carbon emissions, the effectiveness of the traditional bulbous bow design diminishes. To align with these eco-efficient operational practices, it is imperative to retrofit vessels with an optimized bulbous bow.
This adaptation ensures continued fuel savings and carbon emission reductions by maintaining optimal hydrodynamic performance under the new operating conditions.
Air Lubrication

An Air Lubrication System is a method used to reduce the frictional resistance between a ship's bottom and the water it movs through by introducing air bubbles into the boundary layer surrounding the ship.
It is best used for ships with a large square coefficient such as Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers.
Propeller Retrofit

By installing a Pre-Twisted Duct or a Cap Fin one can minimize the rotational energy losses or mitigate the energy losses caused by the hub vortex leading to energy savings of 2-4%.
Energy Saving Systems

Implementing solutions to significantly lower energy use of pumps, fans and lighting (by use of LED lights), leading to substantial cost savings and enhancing operational efficiency.

An adaptive operation system is allowing E/R fans and pumps to automatically adjust their operation based on real-time environmental conditions and engine loads. Offering long-term financial benefits through reduced energy costs and potential reduction of CO2 levies.
Wind Shield Design

ZEME specializes in the R&D, design, and production of advanced wind shields for maritime applications.

The designs can reduce vessel‘s fuel consumption in average by 2%.

The R&D process is conducted in partnership with Tsinghua University, utilizing their state-of- the-art multifunctional wind tunnel laboratory to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and performance.
Dual-Fuel Supply Systems

We are offering Fuel Supply Systems for the use of Methanol, LNG and Ammonia. These comprehensive systems ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, catering to the full spectrum of engine specifications.
